CONSTRUCTION FEATURES : |
- Shell are fabricated either from ERW
heavy duty pipes or from tested quality MS rolled sheet.
- SEEMLESS Copper tubes are 19mm O.D.
Tubes are inserted in to the steel tube plates fabricated from carbon
steel of adequate thickness. Special care is taken while expanding the
tubes so that joints are totally leak proof.
- Proper selection of tube side passes is
carried out to ensures optimum refrigerant velocity.
- Right selection of baffle spacing for
maximum heat transfer.
- Range of capacity 3TR To 120 TR

| Dimension /
specification as recommended by R&D dept of GD AIRCON for better performance
and efficiency of the equipment may be changed during the process of
fabrication without prior intimation of our valued clients. Decision of the
management will be final and irrevocable. |
| Any changes
in specification if suggested by the client during the process of
fabrication can be considered on request, however; the extra cost incurred
will have to be borne by the client. |
