These gadgets are fabricated using heavy duty GI Sheet. Enamel painted panels protect the equipment from external corrosion at the site of installation which is exposed to weather conditions. The FRP coated water tank enhances its life. The scrubbing process involves pumping of water at a very high pressure through the numerous nozzles fitted within the machine which converts water in to mist. So formed mist absorbs impurities like grease, oil, carbon particles, foul smell etc. Highly efficient blower driven by TEFC motor are used in these machines. While fabricating the provision for necessary flanges at both sides for duct are catered for. The equipment is split in to sections to with inspection windows for necessary inspection & easy maintenance. |

RANGE OF SCRUBBERS :- From 5100 CMH (3000 CFM) to 17000 CMH (10000 CFM). SCRUBBER can be supplied with static pressure measuring as low as 15 mm (0.6 inch) to 50mm (2 inch). However, high capacity machines can also be supplied depending upon the client's requirement. |
